The aim of the research project is to analyze the main factors influencing the current situation on the labor market, as well as develop recommendations on improving employment policy in the medium and long term.

2. Improving the mechanisms of financing self-governance bodies (M.Saidakhmedov)
The research aimes at developing policy recommendations on creating sustainable mechanism for financing self-governance bodies. Such a mechanism would ensure the sufficient financing to fulfill the tasks in the scope of the self-governance bodies (SGB), as well as limiting delivery of functions, which are not obligatory for the SGB and not supported with necessary financing.
