Improving the mechanisms of financing self-governance bodies

The research aimes at developing policy recommendations on creating sustainable mechanism for financing self-governance bodies. Such a mechanism would ensure the sufficient financing to fulfill the tasks in the scope of the self-governance bodies (SGB), as well as limiting delivery of functions, which are not obligatory for the SGB and not supported with necessary financing.
