Improving management system of national companies to facilitate modernization processes

There is an urgent task in increasing national companies' capacity and activating their participation in decision making for successfull implementation of economy modernization processes. Such an increase becomes possible through improvement of companies' management system.
The research aimes at developing set of recommendations to improve management system of state companies for further facilitating their participation in country's modernization processes.
To fulfill the research project the following tasks should be implemented:
- Study of foreign experience in managing national corporations, as well as their role in modernization and industrialization of the economy (China, South Korea, Japan, Russia, Germany);
- Review of corporate management models used in international practices;
- Analysis of national legal system regulating management of state companies;
- Defining the most optimal ways to improve management system of national companies.
