The aim of the study is to determine mechanisms for the effective integration of global priorities into the planning and realization of the national development programmes. This is to achieve sustainable development, and examine tools of advancing national position on the Global conference.
Research tasks:
1. Reveiw of the international experience in preparing countries for participation in the international conference.
2. Study of Central Asian Regional position regarding Rio +20.
3. Analysis of Uzbekistan's preparation process to the international conference Rio +20.
4. Formulation of the framework to include national position on Green economy and Sustainable development.
