The project is aimed at rendering assistance to the Government of Uzbekistan in developing and implementing outcomes-orientated monitoring and evaluation approaches in the health and education sectors; and to improve access of user groups to primary data, ensuring a sufficient dissemination of the results. The project results will serve as inputs for system of Welfare Improvement Strategy Monitoring in Uzbekistan.
The Project consists of the following components: (i) Capacity Building in Designing and Implementing Survey Instruments for Assessing Outcomes in Health and Education; (ii) Strengthening Analytical Capacity and Links with Policy Making; (iii) Improved Access to Data and Dissemination of Results.
