The aim of the research is the development of recommendations on improving the effectiveness of formation and usage of reserve assets in Uzbekistan in case of strengthening negative trends of US dollar’s capacity as a world dominating reserve currency.
In order to achieve this, the following objectives were pursued:
· To conduct analysis on the prospect of the global financial architecture reform;
· To assess the newest world trends of reserve assets formation and usage;
· To propose measures on decreasing the risk of official reserve assets devaluation in case of strengthening negative prospect of US dollar and other hard currencies.
